1. Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be:

- In the original packaging, where applicable.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required items may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the product and the issue. This will help us review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not send a product back to the sender address on the package without contacting us first. We may not be able to process an unauthorized return.

If your refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may require additional information from you to process an approved refund.
6. Non-Returnable Situations

- The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
